Market Street Dental, P.C. is a female-owned dental practice in the heart of East York, PA, and Dr. Jacqueline A. Marcin, DMD has been at its helm for over three decades. What began as a solo practice founded in 1994 has grown into a trusted cornerstone of the York County community.
Born and raised in Tamaqua, PA, Dr. Marcin discovered her calling early. She graduated as valedictorian from Marian Catholic High School in 1978, then pursued dental hygiene at the University of Pennsylvania before earning her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson University.
Her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University, also earned Summa Cum Laude, led her to serve as a Captain in the United States Air Force. She completed a General Practice Residency at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia, an experience that deepened both her clinical skills and her commitment to serving others.
Today, Dr. Jackie is on staff at WellSpan York Hospital and serves on the Occupational Advisory Committee for the York County School of Technology, investing in the next generation of dental professionals.
